30-Day Return Policy

At CaliforniaSellerStore, we want you to shop with confidence. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — uninstalled, unmodified, and with all original packaging.

Our goal is to make returns as simple and fair as possible. If something isn’t right with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (incorrect item or defective part), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item for any other reason (incorrect fitment, changed mind, ordered wrong part, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A restocking fee may apply depending on the item and condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as “sold as-is” or “for parts only”
• Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned after the 30-day return window

How to Start a Return

• Contact us with your order number and details about the item
• We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address
• Ship the item back securely in its original packaging
• Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

You can expect to receive your refund within approximately 1–2 weeks after we receive your return:

• Transit time: 5–10 business days
• Inspection & processing: 3–5 business days
• Bank processing: 5–10 business days

In many cases, refunds are processed faster.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged in Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue, file a claim if needed, and arrange a replacement or refund.
